Prompt reception desk attention, handy location, comfortable although unremarkable room.
The breakfast buffet was substantial, with a wide choice. However at 20 euros it was expensive and served in a canteen-like environment.

For me its location is just fantastic. Nice area for walking, great shops and restaurants. Also a single room was affoardable for me. I hate sharing!
I had stayed at this hotel before and was not happy with my room. It had no daylight as the window was within inches from a wall. I had to up grade. This time I was on a higher floor, my window had more space from outside wall and I had daylight in my room.

Breakfast - good selection of fresh fruits. Location: close to Serrano street, US embassy, Sentiago Bernabeu, Sol are just few metro stops away. However metro station is not very close - few blocks away.

Everything was fine except the air-conditioning system. We couldn't sleep at night because of the warm. That was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Had REALLY COMFORTABLE stay during our visit. The room was silent and spotless, offered a mini fridge bar, a personal safe and central heating. We enjoyed having bidet. That hotel was in a good and marvellous location, near Serrano in the Salamanca neighborhood.
